Responsibilities:

  • Produce regular reports summarizing social media efforts for the client translating anecdotal or quantitative data into recommendations that can be consumed by the client
  • Use proprietary social management tool RespondSocial™ to monitor client mentions across the social web and respond or escalate mentions as appropriate
  • Identify key influencers and coordinate social campaigns to increase engagement and the follower/fan base for clients
  • Develop and maintain editorial content calendars focusing on themes and campaigns for clients
  • Author blog posts, social messages, web articles,  videos and screencasts aligned with client Brand
  • Work closely with the RespondSocial™ Development team to refine and improve the platform including QA, client training, client onboarding and FAQs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably with a concentration in science, math, business management, marketing or communications.
  • Qualified candidates will have between 0-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing either on the client or agency side, with a focus in content development and/or reporting
  • Candidates must have a thorough understanding of and experience using multiple social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Foursquare and others.
